Over three days in Boulder, you'll have the opportunity to engage with industry experts, participate in interactive workshops, and explore the latest trends in camp management.

From embracing technology to implementing sustainable practices in camp operations, we've curated a  diverse range of topics that cater to the ever-evolving landscape of summer camps.

It’s best to arrive on Wednesday afternoon, as we will kick off the event with a Happy Hour at the St Julien Hotel at 4:30. Meet new friends and old, as we gather in the courtyard with food and drinks. 

Let the sessions that excite you most drive your selections. Just don't forget to save time to mill around and connect with others. Campminder staff will be on hand to provide recommendations.

  • Take a hike in the Flatirons - These iconic rock formations provide stunning views and spectacular hikes ranging from easy to challenging. Don't miss this natural wonder.
  • Wander Pearl Street Mall - Downtown Boulder's pedestrian street is lined with shops, restaurants, galleries and street performers. It's a fun spot for browsing and people watching.
  • Tour Celestial Seasonings - See how tea is blended and packaged on a free factory tour. You'll also get to sample flavorful teas.
  • Visit NCAR - The National Center for Atmospheric Research has fascinating exhibits on weather, climate and science. Their Mesa Lab architecture is also striking.

We'll be serving up breakfast on Thursday and Friday, and for those who register to attend the banquet, we’ll be feasting together Friday evening. Otherwise, downtown Boulder has great food options to choose from. Dinner Thursday and Friday are yours to plan.

What goes down at the night out?

There will be a live band and you’ll enjoy drinks, snacks, and the right atmosphere to party with your favorite people.
